The 800 series noise cancelling contact center headsets has multiple connection options like Plantronics Poly PLT QD, GN Jabra QD, 3.5mm Stereo Jack and RJ9 for connecting to desk phones. It has cardioid microphone with noise cancelling, flexible mic boom arc, adjustable headband and ear pad for ease and comfortable wearing. The headset comes with one ear and two ears’ options, both ears’ speakers are wideband supported. Selected materials are using to this headset for reliability purpose. The headset has full certification like FCC, CE, POPS, REACH, RoHS, WEEE etc. It is perfectly for contact center with high volume calls, listening to music, conference calls, online meetings etc.
