The break-out of the covid-19 at the beginning of 2020 in China had a great impact to everyone’s work and life, especially to the tourist industry, service industry, and government services hot lines. Those industries have a high demand in customer services and call center seats. Companies had to deal with the sudden high volume of calls from users.
